These Terms govern your access to and use of our software and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mythosia. The Service is provided for lawful use only and is intended for users aged 16+ (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record to process payments and manage taxes, invoicing, chargebacks, and refunds. When you make a purchase, your payment is handled by Paddle under their terms and policies. Learn more at paddle.com/legal. For billing-related questions (receipts, VAT, card issues) you can also visit Paddle Buyer Support.
Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment (e.g., unlock inside the app, license activation, or download). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purpose. You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account. Reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, or using the Service to develop competing products is prohibited.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation) infringing IP, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend service to protect users and our platform.
For one-time purchases, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction if the product does not function as described and we cannot resolve the issue after reasonable support. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to stop future billing (cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period). Payments already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We respect your privacy. We collect account/contact data you provide, limited usage/diagnostic data, and receive billing metadata from Paddle (we do not store full card details). We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. See our dedicated Privacy Policy for details, including your rights, data retention, sharing (e.g., with Paddle as our payment processor/MoR), and cookies.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the minimum required protections apply.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service illegally. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellations are handled per Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Busan, Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
