We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds on our behalf.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service voids eligibility.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@mythosia.net with your Paddle order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
